The Reds will see how he recovers from taking ground balls Wednesday, which comes after he took dry swings and began throwing earlier in the week. Rosecrans reported that Price would not commit to Votto returning or not returning this season, but the Reds' beat writer speculated that it would be unlikely for Votto to play again in 2014. For those in single-season leagues, dropping Votto is a defensible move at this point.
