Vogt received a cortisone shot in his left elbow Sunday and believes he should be able to return to the lineup Wednesday, Jane Lee of MLB.com reports. This is the first word of an elbow injury to Vogt, but apparently he's been battling tennis elbow for close to a month. Regardless, Monday's team off day and the day out of the lineup Tuesday should provide ample time for the cortisone shot to take effect and allow Vogt to return Wednesday, though it's possible the team could exercise caution and hold him out for one additional game.
