Vogt (leg) is not in the lineup Friday against the Red Sox. Vogt was removed from Thursday's game due to leg cramps, and he'll be held out Friday as he's apparently still battling the issue. Mark Canha will return to the lineup, taking Vogt's spot at first base and hitting eighth against Boston's Wade Miley.
