Vogt is expected to make his spring training debut in mid-March and is still expected to be ready for Opening Day, reports Joe Stiglich of CSN Bay Areat.

Vogt had surgery on his right elbow in late January after having some discomfort while throwing. Vogt has already reported to camp and appears to be on the 4-6 week timetable that was initially noted after the surgery. It seems likely Vogt could get some at-bats at first base or DH early on in the season to keep some wear off his arm that comes from playing catcher.
