Oakland Athletics third baseman Vimael Machin went 1-for-3 and scored a run in the first game of a doubleheader vs the Rangers. Machin gained some job security on Saturday, as well, when it was announced Matt Chapman (hip) would have season-ending surgery. While he should take over as the A's primary third baseman, Machin isn't someone who should be on fantasy radars just yet. The Rule 5 Draft pick hasn't played in the Majors until this season and is batting just .212 through 19 games in 2020....
