Vargas is out of the lineup Sunday against the Indians. Vargas has begun to come around of late with two hits in five of his last seven starts, but he'll be held out Sunday as manager Paul Molitor looks to employ a more contact-oriented lineup against strikeout artist Danny Salazar. Eduardo Escobar will draw a start in the outfield while Torii Hunter moves from right field to Vargas' usual post at DH.
