Utley (ankle) did not work out Monday and he will not play in games for "a while," according to general manager Ruben Amaro, MLB.com's Todd Zolecki reports. There has been no word on whether Utley's ankle injury could linger into the regular season, but the Phillies will not give him starts this spring until he is 100 percent healthy. Utley always misses time with injuries, and this just serves as a nice preseason reminder of that fact. Cesar Hernandez will get the start at second base in Tuesday's Grapefruit League opener.
