Updating a previous item, Marlins president Larry Beinfest confirmed that Chris Coghlan suffered a setback with his left knee. Coghlan was recalled from his minor league stint with Double-A Jacksonville on Monday in order to receive treatment. "The knee stiffened up a bit and we want to back him off and get it completely healthy," said Beinfest. It's not clear when he'll resume his rehab assignment.
