Cincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson (hand) left the game early on Thursday against the Arizona Diamondbacks with what appeared to be a hand injury after a foul tip went off his right hand. Stephenson went 0-for-2 with two strikeouts in the contest before leaving.
