Tyler Skaggs will be placed on the disabled list with a hamstring injury. It's not clear when Skaggs suffered the injury, but obviously he'll no longer start on Tuesday against the A's. Hector Santiago will take the ball instead. It's not clear at this point how long Skaggs will be sidelined. He holds a 4.34 ERA over 12 starts with the Angels this season.
