Tyler Skaggs will be called up to start the first game of Monday's doubleheader against the Rangers. Ian Kennedy had been slated to go, but he has a cut on his finger. Skaggs got off to a terribly slow start at Triple-A Reno this season but has turned it on of late, posting a 2.66 ERA and 22/3 K/BB ratio over his last 20 1/3 innings. He's worth streaming in deeper formats.
