Tyler Skaggs was clocked at 92-94 mph during his start Friday. It's notable after he averaged just 89 mph during his time with the D'Backs last season. Arizona tinkered with Skaggs' delivery last year, but the lefty has gone back to his old delivery and appears to have rediscovered the pep on his heater. The left-hander has sleeper potential with the Angels.
