Tyler Skaggs surrendered two runs in 2 1/3 innings as the Angels defeated the Rangers 7-4. Skaggs recorded two clean innings but ran into trouble in the third inning. He gave up two singles and two walks before he was lifted from the game. He should be at the back of the rotation when the regular season starts, but nothing is guaranteed yet.
