Tyler Skaggs (shoulder) tossed a successful bullpen session Sunday and will pitch after Trevor Cahill on Wednesday. Skaggs was scratched from Saturday's appearance due to soreness in the front of his pitching shoulder. It shouldn't be a lingering issue. Skaggs has had phenomenal 2011 season, posting a 2.99 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 180/46 K/BB ratio over 147 1/3 frames between High- and Double-A. He will begin 2012 in the minors.
