Tyler Skaggs limited the White Sox to two runs in 7 2/3 innings Wednesday in his return from the disabled list. This qualifies as one of Skaggs' best efforts of the year. With a 64/25 K/BB ratio and just six homers allowed in 84 1/3 innings, he's pitched better than his 4.16 ERA indicates. He could be something of a mixed-league sleeper in the second half.
