Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) will rejoin the Angels' rotation on Wednesday. Skaggs struggled in his last rehab outing, but the important thing is that his right hamstring is no longer an issue. The left-hander posted a 4.34 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 58/24 K/BB ratio over 76 2/3 innings before landing on the disabled list. Hector Santiago is expected to move to the bullpen to accommodate Skaggs.
