Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) will make another rehab start with Triple-A Salt Lake on Thursday. In other words, he will not rejoin the Angels' rotation on Saturday as previously expected. Instead, Hector Santiago will get another start. Skaggs should be activated sometime next week assuming Thursday's outing goes well.
