Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) is on track to rejoin the Angels' rotation on Saturday against the Rangers. Skaggs threw a 30-pitch bullpen session Sunday and should be officially cleared if he gets through a simulated game on Tuesday with no issues. Saturday is the first day the left-hander is eligible to return from the disabled list. He's put up a 4.34 ERA over 12 starts this season.
