Tyler Skaggs (hamstring) is expected to rejoin the Angels' rotation on Saturday against the Royals. Skaggs had a minor setback last week with his strained right hamstring, but he's feeling good now and ready to face major league hitters again. The left-hander put up a 4.34 ERA with 58 strikeouts across 76 2/3 innings prior to getting injured in early June.
