Tyler Skaggs allowed two runs (one earned) in 5 1/3 innings during Monday's start against the Giants. Skaggs allowed seven hits and walked three while striking out two. Not exactly the sharpest performance. His Cactus League ERA deflates to 4.95 and the lefty now sports a 13-to-10 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 20 spring innings.
