St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill (undisclosed) has been scratched from Tuesday's starting lineup against the Detroit Tigers. The organization has not given a reason for O'Neill sitting out, but more information should be known soon. Lars Nootbaar will bat sixth and play left field versus right-hander Casey Mize on Tuesday. He doesn't offer enough upside with the bat to warrant using as a streaming option or DFS choice.
