St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill (back) will miss his second straight game on Wednesday. He was a late scratch from Tuesday's game against the Detroit Tigers due to mid-back tightness and he is still on the mend. He should be considered day-to-day, but don't be surprised if a stint on the injured list is required.
