The St. Louis Cardinals placed outfielder Tyler O'Neill on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday with a right elbow nerve subluxation. The team recalled infielder/outfielder Yairo Munoz and pitchers Giovanny Gallegos and Ryan Helsley from Triple-A Memphis in a corresponding move.
