Twins placed RHP Matt Capps on the 15-day disabled list with right rotator cuff irritation. Capps made just two appearances since returning from the DL, and he's headed back there after feeling more soreness in his appearance Monday. An MRI will likely be performed before more is known about how long he'll be sidelined. Obviously, he's no longer an option to be moved before the trade deadline. The Twins will continue to give save chances to Glen Perkins and Jared Burton.
