Twins general manager Ron Gardenhire said on MLB Network Radio on SiriusXM on Tuesday that Mike Pelfrey (back) is expected to be activated from the disabled list to start Saturday against the Blue Jays. Pelfrey allowed two runs over six innings and struck out six Monday in a rehab start with Low-A Cedar Rapids. The veteran right-hander owns a 6.11 ERA in 14 starts this season, so he isn't really a fantasy option.
