Twins activated RHP Mike Pelfrey from the 15-day disabled list. Pelfrey will make his return on Saturday against the Blue Jays. The right-hander looked good during his lone rehab start, but with a 6.11 ERA in 14 starts this season, he can be avoided for fantasy purposes.
