Twins activated RHP Matt Capps from the 15-day disabled list. Capps wound up missing about three weeks with right shoulder soreness. The Twins will hope he can build up his trade value heading into the July 31 non-waiver deadline. The 28-year-old closer has a 3.42 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 14 saves in 15 chances this season.
