Turner left Saturday's game in the third inning after getting spiked in the hand, SB Nation's Eric Stephen reports. He was making his first start of the year, and didn't make it halfway into Saturday's game before leaving with an injury. Juan Uribe, who was supposed to have the night off went in to replace him. Consider Turner day-to-day for now.
