Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports that Jeff Manship is expected to clear waivers and be outrighted to Triple-A Colorado Springs. The Rockies are in the process of clearing spots on the 40-man roster in order to make room for prospects. Manship had an ugly 7.04 ERA and 18/12 K/BB ratio in 30 2/3 innings over four starts and seven relief appearances this season.
