Trout went 2-for-3 with a home run, a triple, two RBI, a walk and three runs scored in a win over the Rangers on Saturday. Trout seems to be ready for postseason play, as he has tallied a 1.049 OPS with four homers in 65 at-bats this month. With the Angels headed to the playoffs, Trout appears to be the favorite to win the AL MVP in 2014, after finishing second to Miguel Cabrera the last two seasons.
