With Saturday's game ending around 12:30 a.m. local time, Angels manager Mike Scioscia will just be giving Trout a rest due to the quick turnaround Sunday afternoon. Since returning from an illness last week that kept him out of the lineup for one game, Trout has gone just 6-for-27 (.222 average) at the dish, but three of those hits have been homers.
