Triggs was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Saturday.

Triggs was recalled from Nashville on Monday, sent back down Wednesday, then recalled again prior to Friday's game. The right-hander ended up making only one appearance for the A's, throwing one scoreless inning in Monday's loss to Detroit. With Jesse Hahn coming up to start Saturday's game, Triggs will head back to Nashville, where he's allowed six hits an d four earned runs over 7.0 cumulative innings in 2016.
