Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner (finger) could return as soon as four to six weeks, according to Brittany Ghiroli of The Athletic. Turner was hit in the hand by a pitch on a bunt attempt last Tuesday, forcing the Nationals to put him on the injured list.
