Travis Snider was suspended two games by MLB for his actions in Sunday's benches-clearing brawl with the Brewers.
Snider was right in the middle of the fracas, tackling Carlos Gomez before eventually being punched by Martin Maldonado, so it's not surprising to see him get punished. No word yet on whether he will appeal the suspension or begin serving it immediately.
If you leave the bench, you should serve at least five games. Every professional sport in the US has a strict policy about this action. I would imagine had Snider not ran out onto the field, there would not have been the scuffle that took place nor would he be sportin the shiner he has.
