TR Sullivan of MLB.com reports that C.J. Wilson "could be ready" to accept the Marlins' six-year offer. Sullivan says the long-term commitment appeals to Wilson and he is also intrigued by the chance to hit. The Marlins are viewed as the favorites at this point, but Wilson isn't done meeting with both teams face-to-face yet, so an official decision has not yet been made. Stay tuned.
