Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Marcus Stroman will be stretched out as a starter before the team decides how he will be used after he returns from a knee injury, according to Sportsnet. Stroman has not pitched this year after tearing his left ACL in spring training, but he is likely to return in some capacity before the end of the regular season.
