Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Aaron Sanchez has dropped his appeal and will begin serving his three-game suspension on Wednesday, according to the Toronto Star. Sanchez was suspended after intentionally hitting shortstop Alcides Escobar of the Kansas City Royals on Sunday, and he will be eligible to return Sunday against the New York Yankees.
