Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Tony Gonsolin (shoulder) will throw a three-inning simulated game this week, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Manager Dave Roberts said that once Gonsolin is stretched out to throw a four-inning simulated game, then he would feel comfortable with activating him off the injured list.
