Tony Cingrani (shoulder) will be activated from the disabled list to start on Sunday versus the Phillies. He was either going to get the ball on Sunday or Monday, and now we have a definitive day. Cingrani missed a couple weeks with a minor shoulder ailment, but fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to stick him back into their lineups immediately. He boasts a 3.34 with 32 strikeouts over 32 1/3 innings this season.
