Tony Cingrani (shoulder) told reporters Thursday that he didn't feel like he needed a disabled list stint. The Reds placed the young left-hander on the 15-day DL Thursday afternoon with what is being called mild shoulder tendinitis. "It's their call," Cingrani said after the announcement. "They want to cautious." It sounds like he will be back in action by mid-May.
