Tony Cingrani left Tuesday's start against the Diamondbacks with an undisclosed injury. The Reds' trainer came out to check on Cingrani after he gave up a two-out double to Aaron Hill and he eventually escorted the lefty from the mound. Cincy should provide an update on Cingrani's status shortly. Alfredo Simon came in for the southpaw Tuesday.
