Tommy Hanson yielded three earned runs over five innings Saturday in the Angels' loss to the Orioles. Hanson escaped with a no-decision because the O's didn't finalize the victory until the 10th inning. He allowed seven hits -- including two home runs -- while walking two and striking out three. The 26-year-old right-hander owns an underwhelming 4.18 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 17/9 K/BB ratio through his first 28 innings with the Angels. He will try for better next week against the White Sox.
