Tomlin (shoulder) will make a rehab start Friday at Double-A Akron, the Associated Press reports. The 30-year-old has been on the disabled list since undergoing shoulder surgery in April. There is not an obvious point of entry for Tomlin into the Indians' starting rotation, and he still has to make it through a few rehab starts before he could be activated in the second half.
