Tomlin (shoulder) threw a side session Thursday that went as planned, and he is scheduled to pitch Saturday against the Dodgers, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports. Tomlin took a few days off after an ultrasound revealed inflammation in his shoulder. The issue appears to have been minor, however, as he is in line to pitch Sunday. Assuming everything goes off without a hitch, Tomlin should be good to go for the start of the regular season.
