This article references Tom Koehler and more! Free agent pitcher Tom Koehler has agreed to terms with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Koehler struggled with the Marlins as a starter but after being dealt to the Blue Jays he had a 2.65 ERA in 17 innings, most of them as a relief pitcher. He was non-tendered by the club earlier in the offseason. The Dodgers have had success using former starters as relievers with Joe Blanton in 2016 and Brandon Morrow in 2017.
