Todd Helton left Tuesday's game in the sixth inning after his ailing back "tightened up a little bit." Helton had missed six of seven games before returning to the starting lineup Tuesday night. While Rockies manager Jim Tracy is calling the veteran first baseman day-to-day, we wouldn't trust him in fantasy leagues.
