Todd Helton (hip, knee) is expected to return to the Rockies' lineup Monday. Helton is coming off multiple injuries and dealing with soreness in his surgically-repaired left knee, so the Rockies are moving him along slowly. The 39-year-old remains on track to be ready for Opening Day.
