T.J. McFarland is likely to start Tuesday against the Rangers if he isn't needed in relief on Monday. The Orioles are in need of a spot-starter following their doubleheader last Friday. McFarland has pitched exclusively out of the bullpen this season and is unlikely to pitch deep into the game. He's not a fantasy option if indeed he gets the assignment.
