Tim Hudson scattered just three hits and three walks across seven scoreless innings of work on Sunday, improving to 13-7 in Atlanta's 1-0 win over the Diamondbacks. He struck out seven in his 12th straight quality start. Now 5-1 with a 1.88 ERA in 57 1/3 innings since the All-Star break, Hudson should get the Mets in New York on Friday.
