Tim Federowicz said Tuesday that he expects to be the Dodgers' primary catcher while A.J. Ellis (knee) is out. It's possible Federowicz is just expressing confidence, but it's probably safe to assume he's been told to be prepared to play regularly. Drew Butera is also around but should remain in a backup role. Federowicz isn't bad with the stick and could have some deep league value while he's playing regularly.
